Refund policy
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns of products due to health protection and hygienic reasons. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCIES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You are entitled to an exchange in the event that the product arrives defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery and provide proof of product damage to receive an exchange. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us if your exchange is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event your claim is justified you will be notified by email, an exchange will be issued for the same item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
RISK OF LOSS
Palma Cosmetics is not responsible for reimbursement of lost packages. All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded.
